Living outdoors – A lost Mantra!

When was the last time your experienced wet grass under your feet? When was the last time a shard of stone bruised you? Do you remember the fragrance of greenery? Or the heat of the scorching sun burning your dehydrated lips?

All the pain and agony of living outdoors, is a secret recipe for inner well-being. With roofs on top of our heads – humans sparsely interact with nature, like it or not, this causes unsaid mental and physical traumas. For example, your inner sleep cycle is subtly integrated with the sun, lack of exposure to the glorious sun dis-balances your sleep cycle, only to cause hormonal problems.

Getting outdoor allows you to find your loose link with nature, this is nothing short of a prayer or exercise. Outdoors engage you in all fronts, physical, mental, psychological – it is a wholesome workout, a mantra of sorts, try it to believe in it!
